Once a package leaves our distribution facility, the storage environment and temperature stability can no longer be guaranteed to Certificate of Analysis (CoA) standards. Consequently, returned reagents cannot be restocking or resold to other laboratories for quality and compliance reasons.

Returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following explicit conditions:

Unshipped Order Cancellations

If you submit an order cancellation request prior to order dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund minus applicable payment processing fees. Cancellations cannot be granted once a shipment has been processed and transferred to the freight carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or contains incorrect items, we will immediately process a replacement or store credit upon verification.

• Reporting Window: Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of carrier delivery.

Unopened Non-Consumable Hardware & Lab Accessories

Hardware, replacement components, and official merchandise purchased via our research.shop catalog may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided:

1. The item is completely unused, undamaged, and retained in its original manufacturer packaging.

2. The return is authorized prior to return dispatch by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number.

To initiate a return for an eligible, non-consumable item or report an order issue from our research.shop inventory:

1. Submit a Request: Email support@onyxlabspeptide.com with your order number, account email, and reason for return.

2. RMA Issuance: Upon approval, our team will provide RMA instructions and the designated return facility address.

3. Shipment: Pack the items securely to prevent transport damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly by our facility.

Note: Packages returned without a pre-approved RMA tracking number will be rejected at receipt.

Once returned items are received and inspected at our distribution warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection:

• Approved Refunds: Issued directly to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
